[FFA] Strengthening Industry Engagement in Training at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting

On March 21, 2026, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, organized the Enterprise Advisory Board Meeting for the academic year 2025–2026 at Campus 1 of the University. This event represents a significant initiative aimed at strengthening the linkage between the University and industry in education, scientific research, and human resource development.

The program was attended by representatives of the University’s Board of Management, faculty leadership, the Center for Admissions and Public Relations, along with 17 members of the Enterprise Advisory Board and all academic staff of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting.

During the meeting, representatives from the Enterprise Advisory Board shared valuable insights on labor market trends, recruitment demands, and the required competencies for students in the fields of finance, banking, accounting, and logistics. The contributions focused on enhancing the curriculum by increasing its practical orientation, strengthening professional skills, promoting the application of technology, and improving students’ adaptability to modern working environments.

The discussion session was dynamic and constructive, featuring practical perspectives from both industry representatives and faculty members. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of aligning academic training closely with real-world business needs. These contributions serve as a critical foundation for the Faculty to further refine its curriculum, improve teaching quality, and better meet the demands of the labor market.

As part of the program, the Faculty expressed its appreciation to the Enterprise Advisory Board through formal letters of acknowledgment, recognizing the valuable support and contributions of industry partners to the Faculty’s educational activities.
