Final of 2023 Talent CEO Search contest

On December 28, 2023, the final round of the 2023 Talent CEO Search competition organized by the Faculty of Administration and International Economics successfully took place at Hall A301, LHU. The competition aims to look for talents in leadership; at the same time creating a useful playground for students.

The Jury Board was made up of experienced experts including Dr. Nguyen Van Tan - Dean of the Faculty of Administration and International Economics, Head of the Jury; Mr. Le Nhu Thuan - Director of Dong Nai Post Office, Member of Faculty-level Industrial Advisory Board, Member of the Jury; Mr. Le Quyet Thang - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, Director of Tacom Group Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., Deputy Head of Faculty-level Industrial Advisory Board, Member of the Jury; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association; Director of Hung Thinh Phat Co., Ltd., Member of Faculty-level Industrial Advisory Board, Member of the Jury; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Director of Bao Viet Life Company, Representative of comprehensive strategic partners, Member of the Jury.

The contest attracted the participation of 150 students including 3 rounds: Preliminary, Semi-final and Final. 10 best contestants were selected for the final round consisting of 2 parts: Eloquent Speech and Situation Response.

At the final round, 10 contestants demonstrated their leadership ability and CEO talent through different speeches. As a result, the Jury selected the 5 best ones to compete in the last section. 

Each contestant randomly drew a situation in management and leadership to solve and defend before the Judges. After thrilling rounds, candidate Bui Thi Tuyet Nhung - a second year student (Class 22QT111) secured the First prize worth VND 3 million plus with a certificate of merit and gifts from sponsors. Pham Thi Vo Hong Dieu (Class 21QT112) and Nguyen Thi Be Tram from (Class 22QT112) won the Second and Third prizes, respectively. The Organizers also awarded two Consolation prizes to Le Huy Nhat Truong (Class 23QT111) and Pham Thi Kieu Oanh (Class 21QT112).

• Through the 2023 Talent CEO Search Contest, students can learn useful knowledge and accumulate a lot of experience. The competition is also an opportunity for them to explore their abilities.
