LHU celebrates Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 with warmth and joy

In the joyful and vibrant atmosphere of the early days of spring, on the morning of February 26, 2026 (the 10th day of the first lunar month), the extended LHU family gathered for the Binh Ngo Spring 2026 New Year meeting.

As an annual tradition of LHU, the New Year gathering provides an opportunity for all members to meet, share early spring stories, exchange good wishes, and raise a toast to welcome the New Year.

Attending the event were Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; members of the Board of Rectors, the Chairman of the Labor Union, along with leaders of affiliated units and all faculty members, staff, and employees of the University. In the vibrant spring atmosphere, the LHU community exchanged heartfelt wishes for health, happiness, and prosperity in the year ahead.

At the gathering, the University’s Board of Rectors shared its upcoming development orientations and goals, emphasizing continued care for the well-being of all members of the LHU family. The University leadership also highlighted the spirit of unity, proactiveness, positivity, creativity, and determination to successfully accomplish the tasks and objectives set for 2026.

This year’s early spring meeting was lively with many meaningful activities, including spring performances, the Rector’s New Year message, and the traditional lucky money giving and ceremonial wine opening, symbolizing a smooth and fortunate start to the year. In addition, the New Year lucky draw brought great excitement to attendees with attractive prizes prepared by the Organizing Committee, such as a piece of gold, televisions, water purifiers, dishwashers, and more.
