According to the evaluation of the Dong Nai Women’s Union, despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, with strong determination and effort, all levels of the Union basically fulfilled the targets and tasks set out in the annual program and plan. To date, 33 out of 34 targets under the Provincial Party Committee’s Resolution have been achieved or exceeded.

In particular, all levels of the Union promoted communication activities and implemented emulation movements, campaigns, and key tasks with many practical contents that received enthusiastic participation from officials, members, and women. The Union continuously renewed its content and operational methods; effectively carried out supervision and social criticism; actively participated in Party and government building, contributing to the successful implementation of the two breakthrough goals of the term. In response to the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, Women’s Union organizations across the province proactively organized many practical and appropriate activities to ensure members could participate while still complying with pandemic prevention measures.

Notably, in 2021, all levels of the Union successfully organized the Women’s Congress at all levels for the 2021–2026 term and carried out many meaningful projects to celebrate the congresses.

Ms. Le Thi Thai presented Certificates of Merit from the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Women’s Union to individuals with significant contributions to Women’s Union work and the women’s movement in 2021.

In carrying out and completing these tasks, many individuals and collectives made significant contributions to the Women’s Union and women’s movement in 2021. Lac Hong University was honored to have Dr. Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and International Economics – recognized by the Dong Nai Women’s Union.
