PhD Nguyen Van Dung – Head of the Business Administration major – introduced the training process of the major to the invited guests. Following the presentation, the experts actively provided feedback and proposed solutions to improve and enhance the quality of the Business Administration program in alignment with current trends. They also offered recommendations to lecturers and students to shift mindsets and reinforce more effective learning approaches. According to Mr. Dang Quoc Nghi, the Leadership Art course should be moved to the final-year semesters, as students in their early years may not yet possess sufficient capacity to fully grasp the relevant knowledge, making it difficult to absorb the values conveyed by the course.

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Le Quyet Thang shared many of his personal experiences and provided valuable lessons to all participants. He also expressed his intention to return to the University to further share insights on financial management, a highly necessary and valuable topic for students as they become more independent.

After the experts presented their contributions, students actively raised long-standing questions for clarification. The experts addressed these concerns and proposed solutions to support students in further developing themselves.

After a meaningful and engaging session, the seminar concluded successfully. Lecturers and students gained valuable lessons and insights from the experts. All participants expressed their determination to work together to enhance teaching and training quality for future generations in the most effective and trend-aligned manner.
