This was their first field trip, enabling them to directly observe the operational processes of a multinational corporation operating in Vietnam. Under the guidance of lecturers and company staff, students learned about the role of production and logistics within the global supply chain. The visit was not merely observational but also provided an opportunity to meet, interact, and collect data for upcoming academic projects. In the context of economic integration, understanding international trade aspects and production processes is essential for business students. Students shared that they had prepared themselves to learn actively and take careful notes to apply the knowledge to upcoming assignments and examinations. The visit promised to deliver valuable practical experiences, helping them better visualize the journey from idea to product in the market.

Within the factory premises, the group of students observed the production process of seasoning products and monosodium glutamate using modern production lines. They were provided with explanations of each stage, from raw materials to finished products, with particular attention to food safety standards and quality management. The application of automation technology increases productivity and minimizes errors, while ensuring product consistency on a large scale. The professional working attitude of the operational team left a strong impression regarding compliance with procedures and international standards.

Students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with working procedures, international standards, and legal regulations, thereby raising their awareness of professionalism and compliance.
