Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) factors and Organizational commitment through the mediating role of Employee trust. The study uses the partial least squares method (PLS-SEM) to verify the existence of those relationships through a survey of 267 employees working at banks in Dong Nai Province. The results show that all four factors: Perception of ethical responsibility; Perception of economic responsibility; Perception of legal responsibility; and Perception of philanthropic responsibility, positively impact Employee trust. Moreover, Employee trust positively impacts Organizational commitment. The above findings are helpful for bank managers in increasing Employee trust and commitment to the organization through CSR activities.
