Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)

SFT set up the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) based on the contents of the PEOs and meetings with the stakeholders, members of the scientific board, lecturers, employers, alumni and students. Their ideas and suggestions had been welcomed and taken into serious consideration to build up SFT’s nine PLOs.

PLO1: Apply knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, social sciences, and food science to solve problems in the field of food technology.

PLO2: Analysis to solve problems in the field of food technology

PLO3: Proposed food technology process.

PLO4: Explain the impact of food technology solutions on the environment and society.

PLO5: Carry out steps in the food analysis process and food product manufacturing process

PLO6: Use effective communication skills in language, text, and images in the field of food technology.

PLO7: Collaborate and work effectively in groups.

PLO8: Comply with professional conduct and ethics.

PLO9: Pursue lifelong learning and research.
